What is the WAOL Advisory Group?
The WAOL Advisory Group is a group of college representatives and SBCTC eLearning staff that meets every other week,
online, using Elluminate, to discuss how to improve WAOL tools and services. Anyone is welcome to attend although
the focus is on administrative issues. The Advisory Group will meet in person once a year. Agenda items may be suggested
by anyone who attends. The group will work to support each other’s ability to use the WAOL collaboration
and learning environment to support learning and teaching, at the highest possible level of reliability, for
the lowest possible cost. Opportunities to share resources, information, procedures, and personnel will be a
priority of the collaborative.

Meeting Information and Dates:
- The WAOL Advisory Group meets from 11:00 to noon every other week using Elluminate. Upcoming meetings for 2010 will be held on:

September 6 (cancelled for Labor Day holiday)- September 20

- November 29
- December 13
- December 27

- Anyone is welcome to attend; however, meeting information will only be sent to the ELC listserv. Please forward the information to others on your campus.
- Recordings of the meetings and copies of the documents used in the meetings are posted below for three months from the date of the meeting.
