How WAOL Works
In this section, you will find resources for Faculty, Staff and eLearning Coordinators. Use the links on the left to access more information and instructions on how WAOL works.
Accounts and Access
Follow the instructions below to create and access your MyWAOL account for Faculty, Staff and eLearning Coordinators. Please note that your MyWAOL account is separate from your Blackboard account and so will not use the same username and password.

How to Create a WAOL Instructor Account
Complete and submit the online MyWAOL Faculty and Staff Account Creation form. Account access information will be emailed to you within 24 hrs of submitting the form.
Click the MyWAOL link in the main navigation bar above to access your MyWAOL page. Your MyWAOL page will contain personalized links to online forms and useful information.

How to Access Your MyWAOL AccountAccounts for eLearning Coordinators are created by WAOL. Instructions on how to access to your account will be emailed to you after the account has been created. If your account has been created and you are unable to access it, contact WAOL for assistance.

How To Access the eLearning Council
WAOL has created a Blackboard account for each eLearning Coordinator providing the eLearning Council a place to share documents and discuss issues related to distance learning. To access the Council Organization, go to Blackboard and login with the following account information:
USERNAME: waol_firstinitialLastname (example: waol_mjohnson)
PASSWORD: waol
Once on your Blackboard portal, click on the "Organization" tab at the top of the page. If you have any questions, please contact WAOL. |
