Instructor Intent To Teach (ITT) Form

To fill out an Intent to Teach form, click the "Intent to Teach" link on your My WAOL page. If you don't have a MyWAOL account, please click here for the Create Instructor Account Form.

To use the form:

1. Select proper college from the "hiring college name" drop down box
2. Select Quarter/Year that you wish to teach this course
3. Select the Course type of the course you wish to teach
4. Select the course from the WAOL course name and number box
5. Specify how many sections of the course you would like to teach
6. Select your Course ID to Copy
7. Click Send. (You will see a screen confirming you that your request has been sent to your DLC.)

You will receive e-mail similar to this when an instructor at your college has submitted an Intent to Teach form.
