College Online Program Information Form

The Online Program Information Form collects program information for all online degrees and certificates offered by your college. Enter the program title, Program or department URL and program type then click the Save button. The new program will then appear in the Program List Box ( beneath the form). Use the "edit" and "delete" links to update information or remove a program.
